Memang kalo sudah dicoba, ada aja kurangnya. O:) Pake kotak jangkrik lah, pake kondom lah, pake bh lah.

Untung saya belum nyoba Miyabi, jadi ga tahu kurangnya apa. :-#

kurang asem suhu satu ini, tiwas sudah deg2an dead stick malah bikin gugup saja ... ya mbok ngomong duluan gitu kalau pesawat bawa kotak jangkrik jadi bikin terbang lebih tenang ........ tapi dalam benak saya juga rada tanda tanya ... lawong dari sebelumnya dan sampe detik2 terakhir engine tidak diutak-atik kok enakan waktu dipakai overshoot beberapa kali ... tahu gini mah ... :-k :-k :-k

lho..justru nikmat nya terbang itu kan saat adrenalin terpacu, Pakdhe...
kalo dah tau gak akan dead stick pasti landing nya malah gak akan mulus kyk kmrn, krn upaya nya tdk akan maksimal dgn pertimbangan kalo overshoot tinggal gas & coba lagi..

dgn adanya pemikiran ttg dead stick membuat kita berusaha semaksimal mungkin setiap approach landing supaya tdk sia2....hehhehe

Kotak Jangkrik ini yg make gak cuma yg punya Chinese Engine itu aja lho...

Vent line ke lobang asli, yg di pinggir.., cuma kalo saya tube nya di Solder, bukan Lem.

Itu wejangan ilmu tingkat tinggi,
Gak ada jaminan pake kotak jangkrik gak bisa Dead Stick...
Semua cuma buat ngurangi burble sebisanya aja lah.

Ini saya kutip aja deh pesen MVVS Guru, (PeReivers) :

It is a fact of life, that two stroke engines do not fire every stroke when the rpm approach idle speeds. That means, that below half throttle, the engine may break into an uneven pace, so do not worry too much if the above mentioned method does not provide clean running all the way down to idle.
If after these adjustments the engine becomes harder to start, the idle needle is too lean, and if easy starting is needed, the needle should be opened up again and the high needle readjusted (leaned). Clean midrange will suffer though. Sometime you can, but most of the time you can't have the cake and eat it.

Pesen khusus buat oom AA,
Aviation World.., mesti ada kompromi ya oom, we can't have it all !
Kalo mau anu nya agak ini, ya mesti itunya di anu in dikit...
Pingin supaya itunya bisa gini, ya anu nya agak diginiin, bla bla bla dst.

akan saya pegang teguh petuah suhu kula ini, tapi masalahnya saya sudah pernah ngerasain tuh dead stick dengan pesawat itu jadi rasanya ya gimana gitu ... penuh dengan kalau ... kalau ... mana runway nya aspal lagi ... :-k :-k :-k ... kalau sampai ke dubrak enggak kebayang deh remuknya ... #-o #-o #-o ... makanya mefet2 aja ke rumput dengan harapan ... ya enggak remuk-remuk atau kalau beset ya enggak parah banget ... begicu ceritanya ... Jadi selanjutnya kita mong-omong soal small gasoline engine disini deh ya, gak mesti cuma DLE-30 aja.


kalo menurut salah satu teori senior2 di sana, perlu diperhatikan utk lubang itu yg menghadap depan, jadi waktu terbang tertekan oleh angin, jadi kalo yg posisi lubang tidak menghadap depan langsung (tidak tertekan angin waktu terbang) ga perlu dibikinin macem2.
Pengalaman saya, utk 30cc, 100cc, 110cc dan 150cc, sampe saat ini belum di modif tapi ok..ok aja.
Yang penting setelah low dan high needle ok....

Cepet ato lambat nanti semua pada tau kok.., ngapain pake di umpet2in segala?
Gimana Pak, kita nyalain ini sekalian break-in dan buka thread baru bikin review nya ???
Ntar kalo dah dapet pilihan pesawat 50cc nya kan jadi ready/gak perlu lama2 break-in lagi.

Ini front induction & float diaphragm nya dah dialihkan ke Inlet Carby nya deket velocity stack itu.
Jadi gak perlu kotak jangkrik lagi.
