Nah kita mulai nih bikin D.I.Y brushless dari motor ex CDR.
Proses gulung akan diskip karena sudah ada di thread sebelumnya

1. Alat2/tools yg dipakai

Rincian :
1. Palu
2. Kikir
3. Gegep/catut
4. Bor listrik
5. Obeng flat
6. Tang lancip
7. 2-3 potong kayu. kalo punya ragum/tanggem/catok, kayu bisa ditiadakan.
8. Baut
9. Paku kecil dg diameter dibawah as motor

tips buat masang shaft ke bell, biar kuat mesti di solder.
sy pernah coba pake lem epoxy az, keliatannya sih kuat tp waktu terbang tau2 lepas & ilang entah kemana.

Cara 1: (by Suhu Roji) pake bushing tembaga yg gak kepake, trus disolder langsung ke bell.
antara bell ama shaft di lem pake epoxy, begitu setengah kering terus dipanasin biar epoxy kuat.
contohnya seperti gambar diatas yg paling kiri. (klo perlu bisa ditambahin build in prop saver sekalian dari 2 baut kecil)

Cara 2: shaftnya dibikin celah, trus di celah tersebut diikatkan kawat tembaga kuat2. Nah, kawat tembaga inilah yg disolder ama bell. Hasilnya seperti foto di atas yg tengah ama yg kanan.
bikin celahnya bisa pake gergaji besi (tapi susah soalnya shaftnya dari stainless steel - keras buanget) ato pake mini grinder / dremel tool seperti foto berikut:

@ om roji, itu 2 rjbl nya kalo pake 2cell max brp amp dan kalo 3cell brp ?

Kalo pake 2 sel maks 8 amp, 3 sel maks 6 amp pakde..jangan paksa lebih dari itu karena akan panas dan magnet akan hilang kekuatannya

sip...nromalnya sih sekitaran 4 - 5 amp utk 2 dan 3 sel..

Eh , emang ada clamp tester yg bisa ukur DC Amp ?
